We could not get the needed updates on the equipment as the equipment would not connect to the internet. When ******* Security services took over from Protect America, we had numerous issues with the service. At that time of the buyout, we were in a contract with Protect American which was to expire in May of 2023. In the summer of 2020, Protect America was bought out by Brinks Security services. We had started security services thru Protect America in 2013. I am available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience for scheduling options. Further research confirmed the pending appointment was subsequently cancelled without explanation. To resolve this matter, Brinks Home agrees to dispatch a service technical to repair your alarm sensor at no cost. In researching this matter, our records indicate you were contacted by our dispatch group on Apand the service job was rescheduled for May 3, 2023. In your complaint you advised of a problem with an alarm sensor and a missed service appointment. My attempt to contact you regarding this matter has been unsuccessful. This letter is in response to your complaint regarding your Brinks Home account.
